Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pickering Casino Weekevents and its supporting website handle information.
1. Introduction
panlogo GmbH provides Pickering Casino Weekevents, an event discovery and personal planning app for performances listed for The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort. The app and this website are developed by panlogo GmbH on behalf of Pickering Casino Resort, with Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership identified in connection with the application.
This policy reflects the current app release. If functions, service providers, or data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be reviewed and updated.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Pickering Casino Weekevents iPhone and iPad app, this supporting website, and app-related support communications handled by panlogo GmbH. It does not replace the policies of Ticketmaster, Great Canadian Entertainment, Apple, event organizers, venues, or any other service you choose to open.
3. Information the App Collects
The app does not require an account and does not operate a panlogo GmbH account database. Its included privacy manifest states that tracking is not performed and declares no collected data types. The app does not include an advertising SDK, behavioural analytics SDK, or panlogo GmbH analytics service.
Personal planning content remains in the app container unless you intentionally share it or send it to support. Loading current events and images causes technical network information to be processed by Ticketmaster and delivery providers as described below.
4. Information Provided by the User
You may deliberately select a photo through the Apple system photo picker, add a title or caption, record seat-planning details, choose reminder settings, enter votes in a private two-option vote, or share content using the iOS share sheet. You may also choose to email support. A support email provides panlogo GmbH with your email address, message, attachments, and any device or issue information you include.
Do not send passwords, ticket barcodes, payment-card information, security codes, API credentials, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Information Stored Locally on the Device
The app may store the following information locally when you use the relevant feature:
- copies and thumbnails of photos selected through the system photo picker;
- photo titles, captions, dates, and the event association you choose;
- seat-planning details, including event, date, section, row, seat, and local reference;
- reminder choices, lead times, and identifiers needed to update or remove local notifications;
- two-option voting choices, participant count, votes, result, and any local tie result;
- preferences such as onboarding completion and display choices;
- a temporary cache of Ticketmaster event details and artwork addresses.
This information is stored in the app container using Apple platform storage technologies and is not automatically uploaded to a panlogo GmbH server.
6. Device and Technical Information
Loading event listings and artwork requires a network request. Ticketmaster, its image-delivery providers, internet carriers, and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information required to deliver the response, including IP address, request time, network status, and basic request or device information. panlogo GmbH does not use these requests to create an advertising identity or cross-app activity record.
7. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The app does not contain a behavioural analytics service, advertising SDK, or Crashlytics integration operated by panlogo GmbH. This website contains no analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking scripts. Standard platform diagnostics or server logs controlled by Apple, Ticketmaster, network providers, or the production website host are subject to those providers’ practices.
8. Permissions Used by the App
Photos
The app uses the Apple system photo picker. You choose the individual item supplied to the app. The app creates a local copy and thumbnail and removes common location and camera metadata during image processing. It does not modify the original photo. Removing the app copy does not delete the original from your photo library.
Notifications
The app may request permission to send notifications after onboarding. Permission is optional. If allowed, event reminders are scheduled locally on the device. You can disable a reminder in the app or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings. Delivery depends on iOS settings, Focus, device state, system limits, and event timing.
The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, health information, financial information, or a user account.
9. How Information Is Used
Information is used to display and filter events, show event details, maintain local reminders, record personal seat plans, conduct a private vote on one device, organize selected photos, share content through a service you choose, restore local state, improve loading with a short cache, and respond to support or privacy requests. Personal content is not used for targeted advertising, sale to data brokers, credit decisions, or gambling activity.
10. Legal Basis and Consent, Where Applicable
You control whether to select a photo, enable notifications, create local planning content, open a third-party page, share content, or contact support. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your request or consent, the provision and security of the app, compliance with law, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. You may withdraw optional permission through the app or iOS Settings.
11. Sharing and Disclosure
The app does not automatically upload imported photos, captions, votes, reminder choices, or seat plans to panlogo GmbH. Information may leave the app only in these circumstances:
- Ticketmaster and its infrastructure receive network requests required to return listings and artwork;
- a third-party provider receives a visit when you open its external page;
- the recipient or service you select receives content when you use the iOS share sheet;
- panlogo GmbH receives the information you choose to include in a support email;
- information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect users, investigate abuse, or establish and defend legal rights.
12. Third-Party Services and External Links
The app requests public event information from the Ticketmaster Discovery API for the supported Pickering venue. A response may contain an event name, date, local time, venue name, classification, artwork address, sales status, public notes, and official ticket link. This information describes public performances and is not intended to identify an app user.
External services are governed by their own policies: Ticketmaster Canada Privacy Policy, Great Canadian Entertainment Privacy Statement, and Apple Privacy.
13. Data Retention
Personal app records remain locally until you delete them through an available control, replace them, or delete the app. Cached event records are refreshed, replaced, or removed as provider data changes. iOS or iCloud backups may retain app data for a period controlled by Apple settings and retention practices.
Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and answer the request, protect against abuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
14. Data Deletion and User Choices
You may choose not to import a photo, enable reminders, use sharing, or open an external ticket page. You can remove imported photo records and other local items where the app provides a delete control, manage notification permission in iOS Settings, and remove the app’s local container by deleting the app. Device or cloud backups may retain an older copy under Apple’s rules.
To request deletion of support correspondence or other information panlogo GmbH actually holds, use the privacy contact below. panlogo GmbH cannot retrieve or delete local content that never left your device.
15. Security
The app relies on Apple platform protections and limits photo processing to the item selected through the system picker. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used for information received through support. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in captions, shared text, screenshots, or support emails.
16. Children’s Privacy
The app does not create user accounts and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise a child who uses the app. All event, ticket, venue, age, identification, and admission conditions published by Ticketmaster, the organizer, or the venue must be followed. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact the privacy team so it can be reviewed and deleted where required.
17. International Data Transfers
Ticketmaster, Apple, email providers, website hosts, and internet infrastructure may process information outside the country where you live. Their policies describe relevant locations and safeguards. If panlogo GmbH appoints a provider to process support information on its behalf, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards will be used where required.
18. Canadian Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable Canadian law and the circumstances, you may ask what personal information panlogo GmbH holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent, request deletion, or raise a concern about handling practices. Rights may be subject to legal conditions, exceptions, and reasonable identity verification. You may also contact the appropriate Canadian privacy regulator.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated when app functions, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, which may include an app or website notice or new consent where required.
20. Contact Us
For privacy questions or requests, contact the application developer at asadbek322566@icloud.com. Use “Privacy Request” as the subject and identify Pickering Casino Weekevents, App Store ID 6809417783.
