These Terms of Use govern your use of Pickering Casino Weekevents, App Store ID 6809417783, provided by panlogo GmbH. By downloading or using the app or using this website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. About Pickering Casino Weekevents

Pickering Casino Weekevents is an informational and personal planning utility for public entertainment listings associated with The Arena at Pickering Casino Resort. It displays Ticketmaster event data and artwork, offers filters and local reminders, records a personal seat plan, supports a private two-option vote on one device, and organizes photos selected by the user.

The application and website are developed by panlogo GmbH on behalf of Pickering Casino Resort, with Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership identified in connection with the application. The app is not the venue operator, event organizer, ticket issuer, reseller, payment processor, travel provider, or admission authority.

3. Eligibility

You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these Terms. The app itself does not provide gambling or real-money gaming. Individual events, ticket offers, resort facilities, or external services may impose separate age, identification, accessibility, admission, or eligibility requirements, which you are responsible for reviewing and following.

4. Informational Purpose

The app is an event-information and personal-planning tool. It does not sell tickets, process payments, reserve seats, guarantee admission, or provide gambling, betting, wagering, casino games, monetary prizes, gaming deposits, gaming withdrawals, or real-money gaming. The casino destination name identifies the location of the supported entertainment venue.

5. Event Information and Availability

Event information is obtained from third-party sources, including Ticketmaster. You must not misuse the app, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, overload event providers, extract protected content in violation of applicable terms, bypass technical safeguards, misrepresent a local plan as an official booking, infringe another person’s rights, or use the app for unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The app software, original interface, app name, website, and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to panlogo GmbH or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

9. Trademarks and Brand Ownership

Pickering Casino Resort, Great Canadian Entertainment, Ontario Gaming GTA Limited Partnership, Ticketmaster, Apple, App Store, event names, artist names, venue names, logos, artwork, and other marks and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners. References or links do not by themselves imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership beyond relationships expressly stated on this website.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The app may link to Ticketmaster, Great Canadian Entertainment, Apple, the official venue website, and other external services. panlogo GmbH does not control their content, availability, accessibility, privacy practices, security, accounts, purchases, refunds, or transactions. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy before using an external service.

11. App Store Terms

Downloading and using the iOS or iPadOS app is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and Apple’s standard end-user licence terms. Apple is not responsible for the website, event data, external services, or support except to the extent required by its own terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how local app content, network requests, external services, and support communications are handled. You retain your rights in photos and text you add. You are responsible for having the right to use and share them and for following venue photography and recording rules.

13. Availability and Updates

The app may be updated, corrected, suspended, restricted, or discontinued. Features can change because of provider changes, legal requirements, security, compatibility, or product improvements. Event listings can be unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance, service limits, or third-party changes. An update may be required for continued use.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided “as available” without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for confirming event, ticket, travel, accessibility, age, identification, arrival-time, and venue conditions with the authorized provider.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, panlogo GmbH is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on changed event information, a missed notification, an external purchase, an unavailable third-party service, a local seat plan, a voting result, or user-initiated sharing.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability imposed by law for intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonable claims or losses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the app, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not reduce mandatory consumer protections or impose responsibility where indemnification would be legally inappropriate.

17. Suspension or Termination

panlogo GmbH may restrict access to app functions when reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, prevent misuse, or respond to a provider restriction. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after use ends.

18. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect app, provider, legal, security, or operational changes. The revised Terms will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply, subject to any consent required by law.

19. Governing Law

To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these Terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of panlogo GmbH, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights available where you live. Mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
